🔥 Juli Hester flew across the course with a 5:15, 4th in her age group—and also qualified for Nice 2026!
🔥 Duane Oser laid down a HUGE PR—🔥🔥🔥
🔥 Coach K (yep, me!) clocked a 5:21—PB on this course, 3rd AG, and I’m Nice-bound, too! 👊

🌟 IRONMAN Lake Placid
💪 Jill Bartholomew stayed strong and steady—12:58 and 20th AG in a tough race!
💪 Lachlan Lanner had a MONSTER day—10:25, 7th AG, and earned his slot to the 2025 IRONMAN World Champs in Nice!
